It happens; we want you to be so happy with your purchase! Once your order has been placed, we can’t change or cancel it. So if you’re not happy with it when it arrives? Go ahead and return or exchange your unworn sunglasses (in their original condition) within 30 days of purchase. Here’s how:

- 4. Return sunglasses in their original packing with the printed shipping label. Note that we cannot be liable for lost return packages.
- 5. Sit back and relax. You’ll hear from us via email within 2 - 3 weeks to process your return and issue a refund back to the payment method you used originally.
